Is there any special software or plugin that need to be installed to view 360° panoramas?
  - There is no need for any special software or plugin to be installed to view the 360° panoramas. It is a Java applet that runs automatically.
   
I cannot view the 360° panorama in my browser. Why?
  - For the 360° to play, the Internet browser you are using should have Java enabled. To change these settings, in Netscape Navigator, under Edit - Preferences - Advanced, change the settings as shown below:
   
In Internet Explorer, under Tools - Internet Options - Advanced, change the settings as shown below:
Apply these changes and check if the 360° panoramas
play or not.

In addition to this, due to the large size of the files, on an average 28.8 kbps Internet Line, it might take anywhere between 30 to 90 seconds for the panoramas to load.
