The Market for quite sometime was anticipating a restructuring of
Mudra communications; and that has come in the form of Horizon.
Horizon is Mudra Communication's PR division which may face a close
down before offloading part of its equity to its foreign partner
DDB.
Horizon according to Mudra contributed less than 0.2 per cent to
the overall business of Mudra. It's clientele include: UTI, Kirloskars,
VIP, Lego etc. It offered them services in communication strategy,
media relations, corporate communications etc...
Looks like a mouthful could be out there for a lot of hungry PR
companies, who might pounce on the clients that Horizon handles.
