Dealing in educational books of any field of at easily affordable prices, surely makes a marked difference. When asked how he was acquiring such a wide range of customers possible, the modest Mohammad replied, "Over the years I've come to believe in one thing--Service which pays dividends-thus I concentrated on marketing.

Today this book store is concentrating more on supplying books to thevarious Corporate Librarians and Educational Institutes, where they are ready to offer 15-20 % discount plus a bonus of 2% on business over one lakh and above. Customers can order books on all the three streams of education-science, commerce or humanities--bifurcated further into science, medicine, engineering, computer education, information technology, food & nutrition etc. They also have variety of competitive examination books focusing on retail customers of various colleges. They have a small as-well-as big clienteles to whom they sell books throughout the year.

Royal Book House claims to procure books of international origin on any subject under the roof. "According to me", says an enthusiastic propritor, "an ideal book store is something which can cater to the requirement of all your customers who come to you at a given point of time".Royal's is one of the few book houses which can procure books on hotel management from anywhere in the world. If I look back today, I know I have come very far from where I started; although I know it's a very long way to go…and I am just 24 and Royal Book House just 4 years!"
