Notoriously famous for the employment of child labour, the Indian carpet industry has received considerable censure from the world community. However, Zeba abides by international standards and does not employ children.

Zeba's customers include Hafeez Contractor, Prakash Mankar, Nozer Wadia and Taj Group of hotels, ITC hotels, Holiday Inn, Le Meridian and others. Corporate houses like Reliance Industries, and Mahindra and Mahindra also make up Zeba's list of customers. Zeba have tied up the Taj Gropu of Hotels to retail their products at Khazana outlets at all the Taj Hotels in India.
