Marbo Granit is a vitrified tile, which has a homogeneous material composition. This material makes the tile tough and durable. Since the designs are done through the body of the tile, the life span of the tile is long compared to glazed ceramic tiles which are glazed only on the surface. Marbo Granit is manufactured by Bell Granito Ceramica Limited, the leading manufacturers of vitrified tiles in India. Marbo Granit has a lot more advantages compared to other tiles like, the design which is through the body of the tile, and gives it an appearance of either an Italian marble or natural granite tile. There is a variety of a single shade and hence this is a major advantage over marble and granite. Also there is no shade or colour variation in the same batch.

These tiles are scratch resistant. The tile has almost zero porosity and this makes it highly stain resistant. It has anti-skid properties. The breakage limit is 400 kilogram per square centimetre, which makes this tile stronger than marble and granite. Being perfectly sized and chamfered to ensure easy laying, it can also be laid on already existing flooring.

Marbo Granit comes in 3 different sizes- 40 cm by 40 cm, 30 cm by 60 cm and 60 cm by 60 cm. They are available in 2 different finishes - mirror and matt. These finishes can be used in combinations to give a pleasing effect.

Use and maintenance instructions

Before laying the tiles:Carefully check the sizes, shades and calibers of the tiles in order to plan the laying better. Complaints about defective tiles will not be entertained, once the tiles have been laid.

While laying the tilesTo facilitate cleaning after completion of laying, it is a good idea not to use equipment and products with a strong staining power. Use grouts having colours, matching colours of the floor. It is however, essential to completely remove amy grout residues from the floor.

After laying
Residues of mortar, grout or polishing particles are always present on the surface of all tiles, though they may be invisible to the naked eye. The residues will absorb dirt thus giving you the impression that your floor is hard to clean. These residues must, therefore be dissolved and accurately removed with the aid of any acid-based grout remover available in the market. Just follow the cleaning instruction on the product meticulously for effective results.

Important notice
All other tiles of whatever kind (natural stone, marble, granite, wood, metal, rubber,plastic, glazed and unglazed ceramics) have surface microporosity. The excellent Marbo Granit product has almost no microporosity. In the case of particularly delicate light shades or plain colours in general, there may be some cleaning problems. A recommendation is, after laying, clean the perfectly dry floor thoroughly and apply any commercially available cleaning in the market. Follow the instructions on the product meticulously for effective results.

Routine Maintenance
Proven resistance to chemical attack allows the use of even very concentrated and powerful cleaning products for routine maintenance(with the exception of hydroflouric acid and its derivatives). We recommend the use of any commercially available cleaning agent in the market.
