ACE Industries offers:
Pilot Scale machine: It is a trolley mounted with three
point suspension and RPM indicator. It has basket sizes of about
12" diameter (300mm) and the cake holding capacity is 7 lit
/ 5 kg of wet cake. Pilot Scale machine is available in the
size of 72 diameter basket size with the cake load capacity of 1000
lit/ 1200 kgs per batch.
 Instant
cake lifting machine: The top rim, filter bag, and the cake
is detachable from the basket. With its open mouth, the lid also
possess an easy closing and opening device with the help of a compression
spring. The lifting ring and the cake in the filter bag is lifted
up from the machine by a hoist. The cake can be easily discharged
from the larger central opening of the filter bag.
 Instant
cake lifting machine (48 diameter): Time of the cake removal
from centrifuge is negligible. Increases production two- fold. Cake
can be elevated to upper stories without the use of trolley and
lifts. Eliminates spillage and manual contact. Optimum volumetric
output.
Bottom Discharge machines: The basket and body has maximum
free annular space for the flow of wet cake. Teflon sweeper for
single point cake discharge below the body. PLC controlled inverter
drive helps to get automatic feeding, washing and scraping with
dynamic braking. Maximum speed reduction of basket for scrapping
hard cakes efficiently and the unique time saving device for scrapper
speed. Drive system (belts & pulley) is enclosed in an airtight
chamber with positive
nitrogen pressure, which helps to give flame proof performance.
Special arrangement for quick and easy fixing as well as replacement
of filter cloth. Easy and quick location of machine with inertia
platform and visco dampner units.
 Bottom
discharge machine with scraper (Model ACE/BD 100 - 5, 120 - 4, 150
- 3): It has automatic and semi-automatic operation which leaves
very little room for manual labour. Cake feeding and washing is
done effectively as the cake can be handled either by trolley or
belt convey or after centrifuging. The basket speed is varied by
means of inverter variable drive or eddy current variable drive,
which facilitates the handling of different product through the
same machine as the speed can be set to the separation properties
of the slurry. The scraping of cake is done at very low speed (80
to 100 rpm), which helps to handle most hard cakes. The airtight
operation is incorporated in inert atmosphere inside the centrifuge
by the use of sluice valve below the cake discharged.
ACE Industries also offers calcium chloride, which are available
in the following grades:
Fused Lamps: It is available in white lumps of 2 diameter
size and 74% minimum purity. It is used in cement and paint industries,
and oil drilling wells. Fused powder: It is a fine free flowing
powder of 80 % minimum purity. It is pure form of calcium carbonate
and has easy to dissolve property. It is used by manufacturers of
ca-stearate, palmiate, gluconate, cirate compound. Anhydrous
powder: It is 99.99% pure and mercury free and is used for water
dosing, pharma formulation, and bulk manufacturers. Anhydrous
lumps: It has 96% minimum strength, ISI standard and is the
most reliable water separator from solvents. Liquid brine: ACE
Industries offers 7.5 min, pH and 1.36 Sp.Gr and chromate addition
for ready to use brine which is used in large chilling plants.
