'Hum Sab Ek Hain' Completes 3 years 

Hum Sab Ek Hain - The ActorsSony Entertainment Television proudly boasted the completion of the 151st episode of their bi-weekly soap "Hum Sab Ek Hain", on the 1st of July 2001. Produced by Neela Teleflms, this family entertainer was first aired on the 1st of July 1998. Since then it has consistantly managed to make the audience laugh week after week. The serial is about 'The Khachroo Family', the father and mother hailing from the North and South of India respectively.To add to the diversity, their three sons are married to a Punjabi, Bengali and a Gujarati, while the house servant is a Christian.....a total pot-pourri of a family!!!

At a time when soaps are ruling the satellite channels this humorous sitcom has completed 3 years. Conceived and produced by Asit Modi, this serial has a line-up of artists like Sudhir Pandey, Geeta Shankar, Rakesh Bedi, Tanushree Kaushal, Dilip Joshi, Deven Bhojani, Dimple Shah and Dinyar Contractor.

Says the proud producer Asit Modi, "When I was conceptualising the idea for a comedy serial, it was very clear in my mind that it should appeal to each and every person in the family and it should have a social messsage behind it. Today I am a very happy man that my dream to bring out the best family entertainment has come true, as everybody loves the show and the entire family can watch it together. The credit of the success of "Hum Sab Ek Hain"also goes to my co-stars and a fabulous team of technicians who have been with me, at each and every step, in the last three years."

Tune into the family entertainer every Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon on Sony Television.
