Citibank's - Citialert 

Citibank has come up with CitiAlert, a pioneering project in the banking industry in India. Citialert promises to keep tabs on your money. "We will make banks acccessible, over the mobile phone, for our clients. In future we do intend to go on the Net, which will make life easy and comfortable. And most importantly this facility is also available for our clients who are generally on the move, provided they have a roaming facility on their mobile", says Yohan Rub, Product Manager, Citibank.

Services provided by CitiAlert

Keeps track of money

Provides information on your Credit card, Bank Account, or any financial relationship that you have with Citibank. They have cells to constantly remind, alert and confirm with you about your money.

Available while you travel

You can access CitiAlert services even when you travel abroad, and the service provided by Citibank are absolutely free of charge.

Options available

CitiAlert gives you the options of operations, either on a mobile or on the net, which can be changed according to your preferences. You can decide on the time for receiving information, once a week, once a month or as it happens. So you have the option to get a message when your account status alters.

Registration over the net - Log onto the CitiDirect facility of Citibank, register and alter your profile for CitiAlert

Registration over the phone - Citibank has their own call centers at different places. Get in touch witha CitiPhone officer and trigger off the service.
