The company was established in the year 1914 under the name of the visionary businessman, C Bhogilal, who is also the founder of the company. Today the company has been passed on to the fourth generation torch bearer, Viral Shah.

These glass range which was an 'in' thing in Europe long back has recently caught up in the Indian market and as we can forsee it's stay here. As far as the competition in the field is concerned, we are one of the front runners. We forsee the suburbs as one of the growing market places. Therefore our next major step would be to open an outlet in that area," said Viral.

Keeping in the mind the demand of foreign products in India, the company has tied up with major companies worldwide and is gradually becoming one of their major dealers. Talking about the durability of these foreign products, Viral said that all are siuted to the Indian climate and have been designed accordingly. "We wanted to have one of the largest glass mosaics and murals in town and there could not be a better place than our outlet. We believe that before selling a product, we should be convinced about its texture and life. And that's the reason behind introducing Italian flooring, German toiletware and handmade tiles for inhouse use."
