Tips To Passengers

  • Red double-decker buses are best for short distances in the city.

  • Route maps sold at newsstands are indecipherable. It is best to make as many friends as possible at the bus queue!

  • Be quick while boarding buses.

  • Passengers enter from the back door and get out  from the front door.

  • Kids under 3 years of age can travel free of charge and children under 12 years at half the adult fare.

  • Route numbers and destinations on the front and side of buses are written in Marathi and English.

  • Check for the bus numbers at every bus stand.
